Share calendars with teammates. Four roles — owner, manager, member, and viewer — give you fine-grained control over who can edit what. Set a different display name per team to keep work and personal life tidy.

iPhone, iPad, and Mac (Apple Silicon). Team sharing with 3 or more members requires a subscription (Team plan).

Where is my data stored?
When you sign in, your data is securely synced to the cloud and available on all your devices.
How does team sharing work?
Share calendars with your team and manage editing scope with four roles: owner, manager, member, and viewer. Invite teammates with an invitation link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the in-app settings. Your cloud data is removed along with the account.
