The app does not collect profile photos and does not access sensitive on-device data such as precise location, contacts, or photos. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites (no App Tracking Transparency-based tracking).
2. Storage and Protection
- Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore); all transfers are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
- All checklist items and schedule data in your planners are additionally encrypted with AES-256 at rest.
- Personal information is kept while the service is provided and deleted without delay when you delete your account (see the exception in Section 4).
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies:
- Google Firebase (authentication & data storage) — Firebase Privacy
- Sign in with Apple — Apple Privacy Policy
- Google Sign-In — Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob (advertising) — AdMob Privacy
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond the purposes above.
4. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. Deleting your account removes your personal information and user content stored in the cloud. However, records created while collaborating with other users in teams or shared planners (your display name within the team, and author attribution on tags and items you created) are retained in those teams and planners to preserve continuity for the remaining members. This information is no longer linked to the deleted account. You may also contact us below for deletion requests.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
6. Changes to This Policy
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page; significant changes will also be announced in the app.
